Do you check voicemail alltime or just ignore???

Hello Coolgeth, I have stopped checking my voice mail since the telco operators introduced SMS. Last time I did but not now anymore. Whenever I check my SMS and find out that I have a voice message, I just delete without listening to it. I think most people prefer to sms me if they can't get hold of me. Most of my friends also stop using voice mail service.

I don't use a cell phone. I have voice mail on my land line and I check it often, in case there are any emergencies that need my attention.

All the time. I try not to answer my phone at work, so when I get off work I have a lot of messages left for me. Then it's always important to get the important information from these messages down and to prioritize which ones I will call back or handle first. There is a mix of business and personal messages, and then there are times when it could have been an emergency and I was not able to answer. It counts on my airtime, but it never takes more than a few minutes at the most and it barely makes a dent on my minute count.

I check my voicemail messages. And then if I need to call the person back then I will. I never just ignore them in case it's an emergency. I usually always answer my phone unless I'm doing something and can't get to it in time.

I check my voicemail when I get lazy enough for it. I rarely check it, however. I check it after nine at night when my calls are free because otherwise it costs me money just to use the phone to call my own voicemail. I use a Motorola V276 with Verizon Wireless as my provider. I usually just call back the person if I think it's imperative to my day if they don't reach me. Otherwise, I'll wait until after nine at night to make the call to my voicemail. That is, if I remember. I Rarely will remember to make the call.

I always check mine cause I'm curious. I'll go nuts if I don't!
