People keep saying that soy is good for health.
But what products made from it can i find? And what's the best? And it's truth that it's really good for health? If it is, why it's so hard to find?

Regular cows milk pasteurized does not contain any soy unless it is simply soymilk; juice does not have any soy in it because it is simply the juice of a fruit or vegetable; meat if packaged like lunchmeat does contain soy or whey protein as a stabilizer for freshness and really does give it more 'shelf-life', but who needs sy if their bloodtype cannot tolerate soy ?????

Tofu is made from soy beans, and is easy to mix into foods so you don't even notice it. You can add it to stir fries, pastas, etc.
My favourite soy product is soy 'milk' though, it comes in cartons next to regular milk and even has yummy flavours like vanilla, strawberry, and chocolate. It's so good, I use vanilla on cereal and in smoothies all the time for the taste and health benefits!

If you look at any of the ingredients to most of your prepared foods like Hamburger Helper, Tuna Helper, frozen entrees, ready-to-bake chicken, pork, or beef dinners (packaged) the content of soy or whey protein is high not too mention the MSG is through the roof ! Any other preservatives are equally destructive as soy can be to those women who do not need an Estrogen boost !
