how to delete agloco

Does anyone know how to delete agloco? I tried to unsubscribe and can't figure out how. I emailed support and have gotten no response. I went on my computer and tried to delete the file all together and it keeps telling me that it is in use even when I haven't opened it. I think that something is very wrong with this. Any suggestions?
