what do you guys do to be unstressed. i have been stressed out alot latley for many of reasons. and the fact that i have depression anxiety and panic disorder does not help at all. my friend that is bi-polar thinks that i am too so also what kind of doc should i see to find that out?

Everybody feels the same if you're working, studying the stressed is always there...
sometimes I just forget everything to have a little time to sleep and rest...

lol i wish i had time to rest and sleep. i have two toddlers so i really dont have much time for anything. i think thats why i stressed also cause i really dont have any me time.

I am easily stressed and very prone to unnecessary anxiety also. I have recently found that doing yoga helps me. I took a class last week actually, and I felt so stiff and tense at the beginning, but really started to losen up midway through. Because I happen to be a dancer, it helps to have movement associated with de-stressing myself because then it transfers over into my dancing and my life in general, and I feel a lot more in control of myself. It may not be the best option for everyone, but it helps me a great deal. =)

Solve the little problems. Learning to solve everyday problems can give you a sense of control. But avoiding them can leave you feeling like you have little control and that just adds to stress. Develop skills to calmly look at a problem, figure out options, and take some action toward a solution. Feeling capable of solving little problems builds the inner confidence to move on to life's bigger ones - and it and can serve you well in times of stress.
