Steamed Chicken & Brocolli

I have eaten this dish so many times that it taste really good. But not all restaurants make it taste the same. There is one place here in Houston called Jade Bamboo and their steamed chicken and broccoli is delicious. They say they use vegetable oil but I can tell that's not vegetable oil. The light oil they use taste like the oil they fry with the rice or the oil they fry egg in rice with. Does anyone know what kind of oil that is so I can buy it as well. I would like to make my own steamed chicken and brocolli with it.
