Eating 6 meals a day keeps the fat away!

I have discovered that eating 6 meals a day and doing regular running and lifting weights has caused me to lose weight. I love it. I hardly eat bread too. I just hope I can spread good advice. I eat 6 extra small meals. They have to be so small that I have to eat out of kids bowls and plates. I also drink gallons of water and take lots of B vitamins. Anywho just wondering who else does this?

Drinking lots of water is always help when you want to lose your weight. But I did different step than you to do my diets.
I'm now in the healthy food program, I try to eat as much as possible fruits and vegetables, try to use organic food as much as I can and try to avoid junk food. And for my dinner I try to eat before 8 o'clock in the night, and drink green tea before I sleep. In a day, of course I consume a lot of waters as well, since its really help me to lose my weight.
So far,I did manage losing 6 kg in 2 months. Not really that much but also not that bad.
