My husband has a list of projects that he was going to work on today as I was mowing the lawn,Its a rather large lawn so he had a good 1 1/2 hour to work on them wasnt anything large just a few projects he was wanting to finish since our move in last november, so I was happily mowing thinking how proud I was he was getting his projects done. about 20 min. into my mowing I see him trimming a apple tree next to the tree he wanted to trim, as he was done with that and putting the ladder away I said hey what about the other tree his responce was 'oh' 10 min after that i see him weedeating an area out by the road.
Now none of those things were on his list of things to do today so needless to say his list is still as long as it was this morning.
Is this a normal man thing or just my man thing?

It is a man thing we do this to keep women from finding new things to complain or find for us to do.

That is whole point the list gets so long that you forget what is on it then you add it again and we do a few things on it then you think it is done until you remember things. Or you finally get so frustrated you start doing the list your self
LOL

no its not just a man thing lol , I have a list in my mind all the time of MY things to do , I get started then yes I get sidetracked and seem to go on and on , I get a lot done then I too realize I still haven't got things crossed off my list to do , but then again I have done the ones that I probably would have added on ( if that makes sense ) xxxx

Oh, I don't think this is a man thing. I often get sidetracked from my list of things to do (and I have a long list too) I hate housework, so almost anything I spot that has to eventually get done, that will take me from my housework chores, will get done. Or, if my list says mop the kitchen floor then I'll end up hard cleaning the whole kitchen, the stove, the refrigerator which of course eats up more time away from what else is on my list. Of course, if you're talking about those "special" projects like fixing the broken arm on the toilet, or the hole in the wall that the kids did, well, then, I usually get it done almost as soon as I have the money to buy what I need for the project.
