Well, yes, it does depend on whether they are actively using this site or not. I have some Referals who have never done anything with this site, and then some that are just barely doing anything, and then an OK user so far... So it just depends. But you do earn 25% of what each person, so if you can find Referals who will use this site and make friends, etc. you could earn a lot of here I am sure.

Lolz. No, i should say "alas" instead of "lol". I have 30 referrals and earned only $3.45 from them. So sad. Actually, we earn 25% of our referrals earnings daily when they work. U do n't get any cent or $ when a person register under u. Keep it in ur mind.

Its not the number of referrals , its their earnings that matter !!!
