Dear friends, this one is specially for the female members, I believe everybody put some make-up, before going outside, say office, work place or otherwise.I would like to know, how many of you do not feel like putting make-up and how many of you dare go outside, without putting anything on your face etc. How many of you believe that natural beatuy is the best and one should remain natural, if someone has to notice you, he/she would notice you, even if you are without make-up.
Please share your views and experiences with me.
Thanks!

I don't like make-up. When I was younger I used to have make-up everyday. Now I have make-up only for evening or business meetings....:)

Hello Deepak........Let me start with the fact that not every one is born beautiful. Som girls are very lucky and they are born with natural beauty and very sharp features. such girls don't need any make-up. They look good as they are , but I have see such girls doing more makeup because it makes them more beautiful and girls know that 90% boys run after outer beauty of girls, no matter how horrible is her nature and how dump she is in her brains....lol.
I was not blessed by much of outer beauty. When I go out I just put simple makeup....like some ligt compact powder and light lipstick, because my lips are very beautiful and lipstick looks very good on me. When I was in india, I always like to put a rose in my hair.....this is all what is makeup for me....I am found of eyeliner, but it always melts away in my eyes so I don't use it. But I am thankful to God for giving me such a beautiful nature, that has given me everything in life. I am happy as I am.

Thanks for sharing your honest comments on the issue. I am really impressed with your thoughts and I agree that natural beauty has no substitute and I too like natural beauty. Little bit make-up is OK. I will have to but agree with you that even if a girl is not good...boys run after her...if she has put on some make-up.
I believe that you are naturally beautiful, cute and attractive! And remember that there is no match for inner beauty...if you are good at heart....it is more than anything else....then outer physical beauty becomes immaterial.
Have a nice day!

oh deepak, i am not atall a make up person andcan go out without and layer. lol..
however, i like dark kohled eyes and carry eye pencil everywhere. i just love kajal.
however, one dermatologist has adviced me to wear sunscreen lotion as the scars left from the pimples are showing and i am developing some sun tan spots. i must take care of myself, its high time. what do you feel??

Yes, you must follow...what dermatologist tells you to do. I think there should not be any ill effect of using sunscreen lotion.
Using kajal..is not bad either...but will depend..which one you are using.
Thanks for sharing.

Hey hiii Deepak,
Well, i love to do make-up but not that much as cinema actress apply over their faces. Well to be frank, i make up very lightly when i go to office , very light lip gloss mine is strawberry flavour, well i love that fragrance and eye liner which i commonly keep when i go out and face powder. Thats it, which i apply to my face normally, Well, in marriages when i go then its a whole different scenario, i put a heavy makeup which really shows some light and we look like dolls and look good infact. But, for me makeup is that much important as some people heavily put lipsticks and some creams, i wont keep all that daily some people cant move out when they dont keep all this.huh....I am a simple girl and i believe in one thing...simple living and high thinking, But at the end of the day when we remove all the eyeliner and all the face powders which we apply when we usually go to offices , and when i wash my face after coming to home, really i feel very good and feel very much relaxed at the end of the day...Outside beauty is what everyone see but the person who knows and realizes the inner beauty he/she is the most beautiful person in this universe this is what i strongly feel. Rest of all the things it hardly matters to me Deepak,Anyways thank you so much for posting such an interesting discussion especially for female mylotters ..well i think this time your inbox will get full with good count of responses....Good luck and have a wonderful day ahead...Keep smiling always, Happy Posting....
Thanks,
Vani.

I have understood what you prefer..you prefer light make up and I believe you must be looking cute and beautiful in your light make up. In marriages & parties, everybody compete with each other, as far as make up is concerned, everybody wants to outdo another.
I agree with your views about putting make-up.
I endorse your views that natural beauty is more effective than the artifical one.
Thanks for appreciating and liking the discussions, you are right, till now, I have received good number of responses to my discussion.
Have a nice day! Keep smiling :) :) and happy posting!

Well I will never leave my house whether I go to office, workplace or otherwise. I cannot imagine going without makeup .. even I won't go out if I have oil on my hair .. it looks too bad. I always make sure that I am looking perfect then only I step out of my house otherwise not. I am very beauty conscious in this matter. Though I won't go for so much of make up .. I do it a little bit but will not prefer going out without it.

Hi dpk! I don't wear make-up and the only time that i do is when i have to attend a formal party or gathering. When I go out of the house, I just have a baby face powder that i splashed on my face so to prevent oiliness on the face. Take care and have a nice day. :)

I put a little bit of make up to office cos I am supposed to look presentable according to my job of work. Now that i am used to this, i have to atlease put a little eye liner when ever i go out - even to Supermarket - can you imagine. But if i dont use that i feel incomplete and i dont like that feeling. Natural beauty is good and it saves you money also cos cost of make up is very high these days. I also dont think that one should wear heavy make up everyday which is not good on your skin. But i dont think a little bit of make up just to highlight your finer points, wont do that much of a harm to the image of a lady.

I don't wear makeup at all. I use to but I hated the way it felt on my face, the way it would "run" after a long day. It feels awful and I think I am not being true, you know? Why hide what I look like? I am me and I am proud of my wrinkles, blemishes as much as I am of my gray hair. The way I see it if someone doesn't like the way I look, they have a problem with reality, LOL.

The only time that I leave the house without makeup is to take my daughter to school. I am usually still in my pajamas, and I don't feel like putting on the makeup. I at least make sure my teeth are brushed and my hair is done. I figure that I will be in and out of the parking area so fast, that no one will have time to look at my face. LOL

Hi Deepak! I do not consider grooming or makeup as a bad thing. Right makeup can bring the best in a person. I am of the opinion that one should be careful about appearance. However, I am not much of a makeup person. A matching lipstick or a kajal is all i normally use when I go for work or a social gathering. I too beleave in the concept of inner beauty and destiny. I prefer to be without makeup when i am at home or when i go to market or when i workout at the gym.

Most guys I've known - including my husband like natural beauty - many prefer it. When a teenager I would wear heavy eyeliner - egyption style. Then later light eyeliner and lipstick. Sometimes cover up under my eyes if I've had headache or I'm tired - although my mom would always tell me all the old movie stars had shadows under their eyes and it was thought to be sexy. Even without a make-up I get noticed - now its my baby people notice though I think and make a fuss over. I think how we're feeling about ourselves is reflected in how we walk and talk, if we meet another's eyes - in our very energy/aura. Although their are times when I'm sad when people will talk to you or in the past, would ask if we could meet sometime for coffee as well. I don't think its only physical perfection people are drawn to but something in the person themselves.

I can go outside without any make-up. In fact I do that often these days. I do that when I won't have to meet some clients, like going to the bank, going to the grocery or just going somewhere I don't really need to be 'formal'.
But I dare say, I can't go out of the house wearing a business attire without make-up. It's just isn't right and I'd look pale due to the clothes I'm wearing.
So that's it. I could go out without make-up when I don't need to.
Yes I definitely believe that natural beauty is the best. Well, we don't really wear make-up to 'change' how we look, we wear make-up to 'enhance' our assets so that people won't take notice of our liabilities. *LOL*
Are you a girl dpk?

Laydee, I really appreciate your reply and candid views and specially your thought that ..you wear make up to 'enhance' your assets so that people won't take notice of your liabilities.
What do you consider as your liabilities, by the way? Would you like to share?
I am really floored and amazed by your query - Am I a girl? I believe, you have not seen my profile, otherwise you would not have raised this question.
Please see my profile to know which gender I belong to.
Thanks very much!
have a nice day!

wherever i go, i have to put at least powder on my face because i have acne so i have to cover it up woth powder. and also lipbalm because my lips is dry. I think your statement above is correct that people should notice you even if you're not put any make up. But unfortunately i can't do that because of my acne. i keep thinking about it if i don't put some powder on my face...well,,what can i do then?

Everyday, unless it's a special occasion when I feel like wearing a little eyeliner (I don't wear anything else, unless I feel like some lipstick if I'm looking 50's style)
I have no problem at all leaving my house without makeup, I know that I am naturally beautiful, and it's just an extra thing to do - one that is actually unnecessary.
I'm all about being my own person, and making friends who accept me for me - in all aspects, including my natural appearance.
My boyfriend thinks I am beautiful, and although he likes it when I dress up and have makeup on, he's more than pleased that I'm not some fashion victim that needs foundation, mascara, weight-loss pills and a skimpy outfit to be happy and comfortable with my appearance =D

Whenever I go out I just apply face powder, foundation/concealer, eyebrow pencil and a dab of lipstick. If I had clear skin I'd go bare without any powder, but I need it to hide my skin's imperfections. I never use heavy make up. Only when there are parties or special occasions, but never on an ordinary day. For me it's too fussy to apply and I don't have the energy and patience to do the ritual. It looks good on others but others are better off without them. Simple is beautiful and natural beauty is still best. Make up only enhances what's already there.

i usually don't like to wear make up..so most often i go outside home only wearing some face cream or sun screen, that is too to protect my skin from pollution and harmful sun rays. in my opinion usually at first men get attracted by a woman's make up and things like that, they develop a concept of something like natural beauty only after that!lol

I rarely ever wear makeup. And IF I do the most I wear is a little lipstick. The last time I wore some was about 8 months ago. So you can see just how rare I wear it. LOL Yes, if I want someone to notice me I can do so without wearing makeup. :P There are two reasons I don't wear makeup. 1) because I don't know how to apply it and 2) because I hate wasting money on myself.

I often do not wear make-up...but if i find the time, i usually do it once already in my cubicle at work before i start going through the tasks for the day. :) Anywayz, i think natural beauty is still the best but putting on make-up could enhance the face more. So if you're going to a party or a formal occassion, i think one should never forget to wear their make up.
