Are The Discussions With No Responses Getting More Odd To You?

Okay, I know that I have quite a few, but some of them are so odd and off the wall and wonder if there is another species posting on Mylot also. Maybe, men from Mars. I am not going to mention any names or topics, but in general, do you understand what I am saying. I mean I feel like some of that stuff, no one on planet earth could relate to. But, then again, let me go back to speaking only for myself. After all, I may be the odd ball.

oh my gosh! Sometimes I go to the discussions with no responses to respond and help the user out. But I look at some of the topics and I'm like "no wonder there aren't any responses! How can people answer these?" lol. I skip them. lol. I like to answer normal discussions! =P

I agree with you, but part of it may be that the thoughts lose something in translation. I even have one or two on my friend list that post very prolifically, but I cannot answer them, I have no clue what they are going to discuss, and I have no knowledge on the matters. I suppose I could go in and just make something up. I understand that a long time ago, before my time, you got extra money if you pulled out an answer for one of those unanswerable posts.I try to it, just to be nice, but often do not succeed. I think this is a good post.

You can tell when a person is struggling with the language, I am not speaking of that. I am talking about the post that are written in clear English, yet what they are saying makes you feel like you are in the twilight zone.

I agree. So I do not post article often. Because lots of things maybe interesting to myself but none sense to others.

I guess I am the odd ball from Mars because I have some discussions that have not responses. I put pictures of fire works on myLot and no one posted a reply for two days. Then I have a few questions that I have written and no on has responded. So I guess I am the marshon (I do not know has to spell it) in the group.

I have you and some of my other friends on my notify list, but I rarely ever get discussions from you guys. This is why I like to delete friends that are not active. I like to go to my friends pages and find something to respond to, but I get frustrated and quit when I keep coming across people who are not active.

I am from Mars. Communication is quite a problem. There is an 80 minute (Earth minutes) delay between pressing the Post Response button and actually seeing one's response posted. (It takes 40 minutes to get there and then 40 minutes back ... on a GOOD day!). You should try having a phone conversation or 'Instant' Messaging! One day we shall perfect Thought Inference (TI to all you dyslexic Earthlings who get good grades in IT at school!) That will mean that MyLot will be truly instantaneous (and probably redundant), since we shall tune in to a MyLot brainserver somewhere on Jupiter and THINK our responses! We are getting there but we have to learn how to filter out all the static from certain parts of your Earth who think that a dollar a day is all that matters! Ah well! My break has ended and I must get back to digging this canal! (There is no water here to fill them but what does that matter to the Powers That Be!!!)

I have a hard time picking out disscussions myself out of the no responses. I have searched a few times myself to find a disscussion to respond to. It's not just you.

I understand where you are coming from and I am from Neptune. I have looked through some of the no response discussions and admit many are beyond me and I am pretty far out as it is...lol. I don't have a clue.

If you have posts with no responses, then I should say I'm moe lucky . discussions atrted by me, have one to two responses each which may include my own comments too! but ya its odd, as soon I start a discussion I do get a response which I wish to mark as the best response, but then I decide to wait for more to come and decide among them, but the "more" thing does not happen with me!!! So you no what, the best thing I do in MyLot is reply and respond, and only respond to messages such that there should be no people like you and me!!!!

hmmm i read you post and did a double take on mine that didnt get even one response, and i realized why... the posts that i made which did not generate responses were boring! i dont know if they're weird... but they're definitely boring. anyway i'm looking up the DIscussions with no Responses and see for myself if 'oddness' exists hehe!
