hi xienny, thats sweet of your house owner. I haven't been renting so i guess i can't answer you straight. But i'm looking forward to move out of my parents house, might be sometime in the future :)

Wow, your house owner cook for you? That's so nice of her. For my, my house owner rented the whole unit to us two years ago. We deposit to her bank account everymonth and as normal, we need not to contact her if there is no issue with the house. I haven't seen them for one year plus already.
