"Are you Happy?" on our search for Happiness

What makes you happy? Is being happy being content in life? Does it make life worth living? "Happiness is all in the state of mind", they say. It cannot be dependent on the outer factors - like wealth, beauty or prestige. But, the question is I wanted find happiness. But how? I know too much of the given truth. But it's just so hard maintening happiness, if your heart is like bursting out and crying, nothing to hold on to... Are you happy? Can you be happy?

happiness is not the will of a person its like do good and have good if u keap others happy then i belive u will stay happy coz happiness cmes by gving happiness..but now a days since lack of rest and too much work and stress hapiness dsnt find way to average people..but we all want to be happy so search for happiness..

Hi, I do think happiness is within everyone it comes and goes as the human wants are unlimited. If we get our wants satisfied we are happy if not we may feel unhappy. Unless we do not have unhappy or experience unhappy we may not be able to know the value of happy. Unhappyness creats the value and feeling of happyness.
