Does a makeover make the difference?

I spared no expense today, walking through the mall, and going for a new look. french tipped nails, and a new, and dramatic hairdo, and then off to find a perfect new makeup for my face. total cost? well, plus tips, and new makeup, about 199.50$. my results? stunning. The makeup?
Merle Norman, where I picked up new concealer, a cleanser/toner, acne treatment gel, blush and three types of eye powders, and finally, a lip pencil.
is it better than the cheap stuff found at walmart?
absolutely. but what was more profound, was the fact that the associate helped me to find the right colors for my face, and told me a little about my skin tone.
my associate was quite impressed with her results, only wishing she had taken before, and after pictures.
being a person who dreaded change of anything, my results were probably the most impressive. Who would have ever known I was pretty?
It is amazing what makeup will actually do!

Oooh, sounds like you had tonnes of fun~! I love makeovers, if only I could afford total makeovers like the one you just had! I bet you look stunning~! Makeovers don't only make changes on you external beauty but also internal. I've been wanting to do a total makeover for a long time now. Just saving a bit more money to go the whole way. I don't like doing it bit by bit.

I must admit, the only reason I went all out, was to keep my husband guessing what I would do next, and how much money was being spent. he looked quite spooked!
It felt great being a queen for a day. What was really cool, was how suprised these women were after it was completed. That is what boosted my confidence, right there! they weren't lying either. I did look, and feel great!
the all out experience was definitely the best. I am sure there was more I could have done, (i'e spas, masks, massages, etc) maybe next time. for now, this was a blast!
so, enjoy your time, when you get the chance!

I think makeovers make a difference.I think they lift your spirits and confidence.I can't wear makeup because my skin will break out.I have changed my hair do and get my nails and toes done and buy that new outfit.I love doing that it makes me feel good and besides i believe everybody needs to do something for themselves every now and then.
