Relatives from the US will be arriving soon for a vacation and I shall appreciate greatly your suggestions. Preferably, we would like to check out the CALABARZON area--that is, Cavite, Laguna, Batangas, & Quezon Province. =)

if you want the pinoy na pinoy atmosphere try the villa escudero... pinoy food, pinoy songs and dances and i think visitors get a day tour. i'm not so sure if there are overnight packages.
tagaytay is nice for a picnic also, cool at this time.
check on the date of arrival of your relatives and check on which provice has a feast or fiesta during that time. it's very nice to be part of celebrations like this... only from the philippines...something they would miss out in the US. :)

Hi there my friend! Thank you so much for responding..I was losing hope that nobody would respond to this query and my brother will be here by the end of the month. Well, you are so right about Villa Escudero. =)I've been there when my firstborn was barely 2 years old and we had a great time! We'll consider visiting Quezon which is about 3 or 4 hrs away from Cavite. And also, Tagaytay, which is only about an hour or more away from our home.
