how to dial england from an cell

i want to give my cellphone number to some one in america, does anyone know the country code to reach england? Do they have to dial my full cell number or after the code or leave the 0 off?

if someone from USA will call you thru your cellphone, he has to dial 011 + your cellphone number (without the 0). The country code for London (UK) is +44. The international prefix you will use depends on what location you are calling from.
