These days I feel tired. Everyday I want to sleep and have no energy to work. Though I can do my work as usual, I feel uncomfortable.
Everynight I go to bed on 10 o'clock and get up at 7 0'clock in the morning. I think I am not lack of the sleeping hour. But I am really tired. The work qty I do is as usual, too. I don't know the reason. But I know I must change it.
So do you have any idea to help me?
Thanks in advance!

I also feel very tired lately. Actually every day I go to sleep at least pass 12:30am and I have to get up at 7am to bring my son to the kindergarten. After that, I have to go to work.
I think lately I especially feel tired probably for the hot weather. It's easy to feel tiring in such a hot day. You can try to drink a cup of coffee and at least it should give you some energy.

Yes, I agree with you that the hot weather make me feel tired. Now it's hot summer and the weather is really bad. The working and the trifles also make me fret.
I think you have more work than me. For you have your own family. You should do housework and take care of your son and husband, just like my mother. So you must more tired. But that is life, I know.
We need take care of ourselves. Best wishes!

You sound like you are in a rut, or depressed. If you are in a rut you may need a change, perhaps a new job or add an activity to your life. You sound like you are bored with doing the same thing day in and day out and you need a change, or something to spice it up. Like take up a hobby or a class.
I know what I am talking about. I was in a terrible way, and making my husband miserable because he went golfing once a week and I had nothing. When I joined the writing group I found a whole new bunch of friends and was doing something I had a passion for. My husband has not once denied me attending anything that has to do with my writing group.
You might want to see your doctor though. Fatigue for no real reason can be a sign of depression.
Only you can make your life what you want it to be. If you are stuck in a rut, unstick it. Only you can do it. I know it's easier said than done but you may just be searching for something and haven't found it yet. Good luck!

So thanks for your suggestion. I know what you mean. In fact, I just complain. When I was still a student in school, I needn't do so many things and I could depend on my parents. But now it changes. So I haven't acoommodated it.
In fact, my life is not so boring. I can go shopping, watching TV, going KTV and so on during weekend.
Tired for me is not so comfortable. I will enjoy my life. So you too.
