Do you know any "FREE" anti virus and anti spyware!?

First of all, I'm not getting your virus paranoia. The more you're worried about it, the more things stop working, you know why? Because by having a lot of antispyware and antivirus programs, they start conflicting with each other and they eventually stop working. Only one antivirus and one antispyware, ok? If those programs you already have are not working, uninstall them. Now, install Spybot - Search and Destroy (look it up on download.com), it's an antispyware that's very easy to use. Also install Avast!, a free antivirus (it's on download.com too). Note that with free protection you won't be fully protected, you may receive some viruses or spywares, but nothing that's going to steal your bank account number or anything serious. The worst thing that might happen is you getting a trojan horse. No paranoia.
