I never had braces, but I probably could have used them. I've been pretty lucky with my teeth though, because they really aren't that bad. I think since I'm older now I wouldn't want to go thru the hassle of getting braces.

Yes, I did. During high school, I had braces for 18 months to correst a slight underbite and some crooked teeth. It was a lot of pain, cuts, and wax over those brackets. But I guess it was all worth it in the end; I ended up with some nice, straight teeth and my mouth no longer smells of metal and rubber bands.

I never had braces growing up, but my brother did. I think that I could ahve used braces, but as a kid my mom didn't carry insurance on us and I think it would have been really expensive for her to pay for it. Now that I'm older, I don't think I need braces, but a retainer or something might help out the little bit of problems that I have. My bottom teeth are actually pretty straight, but the tops could use a bit of help.

hello surveygrrl. I never did have braces growing up. My teeth aren't straight but, Im afraid of having braces because Im worried that I would have a hard time adjusting to my braces. Im always been consious when smiling most especially smiling while showing my teeth.

Yes, I did. But I did not insist on for a long time, because it's a hassle, a lot of things do not eat, because it is not convenient, but now I regret that I had.
