Do you use warm water or cold water to have a shower in summer?

Maybe I am afraid of the coldness, so I always use warm water to have a shower even in the hot summer. Today it's just so hot outside. And after the activities to the kindergarten with my son. I sweat a lot. So when I am home, I use cold water to have a shower.

Hello youless!:-)
I already usually feel very hot inside, it's a little better now but still sometimes I feel as if my blood is on fire, lol! So, warm water in summer will really make me uneasy. For this reason, I have almost always loved to take a shower in cold water especially in summer. I sometimes even use cold water in winter too when it's not too cold. Cold water gives me comfort in already heated body, it's rather a luxury for me:-). I use warm water when it's really cold outside but that too just slightly warm because otherwise I have a feeling of burning on my skin.

summer is like a hell in here! and when its summer the water is so hot even if its night time. so what i do is we turn off the water heater and we use the water from it. and if it still hot we let the water run for a couple of minutes[such a waste but its fine rather than having burns!] until the water is bearable.

hi.. definitely cold shower all year round... really hot here... and eventhough it is the rainy season too... it is more convenient and it saves us electricity... but even given another choice, i will still go for cold, refreshing shower...hahaha

I can't actually use cold water to shower - even in summer I prefer it a little on the warm side (not steaming hot of course)rather than straight out cold. I think a temperature of under 19 degrees is just too cold for me.

I use cold water during summer. Because it will make me feel a little coldness. I really hate it when it is hot. I like cold weather more than hot. my head aches when it is too hot. I have a plan to buy an aircon so that I would have good sleep during hot seasons. Thankfully its november now, a little bit colder.

On summer the Temperatures soar to 35 to 40 degrees here, and the normal water will itself get enough warmth in it, and therefore you will have your shower only in warm water.
Due to the Sinus problem i always prefer warm water during the winter seasons.

I also use warm water to have a shower because I'm afraid of getting a cold .However, when it is too hot ,I'd like to wash myself in the tube filled with cold water. That's so comfortable.

I always use warm or even hot water to take showers no matter which season I am in, I think that really release my pressure and relax my tension in the muscles after a long day. But recently, the weather is going crazily hot, and I can't stand getting hot during my shower time. I start using cold water to do my shower these days, I indeed feel more refreshed. I would jump into the shower whenever I sweat too much or feel too hot, the cold water seems to really calm my fire down.
