How do u organize ur sites?

I spent all day going through the sites I use (32)... so I could make myself a little chart and figure out how much I was up to, what was pending and what the payout of each site was. Then I highlighted the sites I've met payout at, the ones I'm almost at, the ones that could possibly make it this month and the ones I'm considering giving up on (all in different colors of course). A little over organized, I know, but with so many sites, I needed to get myself focused! So... I was wondering how everyone else organizes the sites they belong to or keeps themselves on track? P.S. If you need a list of payout minimums/how they pay/what u need to do to claim ur $$... I made a list on my blog of the over 30 sites I belong to.
