There are times yes...but more often than not, I understand that we should not judge people merely in terms of culture...I have learned not to judge, but to look at things from the perspective of these people...after all, what's right for us may be wrong in another culture and vice versa...this is called cultural relativity...the more that we study about different cultural systems, the more we understand that not all people are the same as us...I just hate people who judge and jump into conclusion without yet gathering facts...some people can be so cruel so as to pre-judge people are 'wrong' and their own culture as 'right'. In this civilized world, we should learn to co-exist with each other, whether our cultures are the same or different. But cultural discrimination is a reality that we can just ignore....I guess we just have to accept this fact of life, and of people...

When people hear the word 'judge', they automatically take it negatively. So of course many people would say that it doesn't happen to them, but if we're honest with ourselves, I think it's common to see people judging others by their culture. I think it's only natural. I say stuff like, "Why are Americans prone to obesity? Because there's a lot of fast food. It's their culture." or "Why does that girl have great hair and long eyelashes. Oh, she's from India. No wonder!" People come from all walks of life and it's only human to judge something that is unknown. Besides, when you're working in a big international company, they always judge their clients from where they come from too and use a different approach to handle their clients. You can see it everywhere.

I do not judge anybody based on culture, religion, creed, etc. I always look at a person based on the totally of who he/she is. Judging anyone based on one's culture or color is the most naive, and ignorant thing you can do to anyone. Not to mention rude to the nth level... I hope you font judge people based on their culture alone... Keep safety...

Yes and you should. A person culture is the biggest determining factor in what their views are going to be. Certain cultures hold values that are going to be at odds with your own. It is better to avoid such people as you won't get along with them.
