Do you make sure to eat atleast one fruit a day. I eat fruit everyday and my favourite one is Apple.
How concerned you are about your diet. Do you have any food chart?

well my favourite fruit is apple and mango . i like both these fruits ,and i like shake of both the fruits. i love it
