Do you think we should give money to phony begger who also looks need some help? In our country, there are some abhorrent people who select handicapped and ask them to beg money. Some women hire little children or babies beg in the city. Do you think we should give money to them. Sometimes we give the money to the child. But they must give the money to the people who take them here.

The problem is, how do we KNOW that they are phony beggars?
Maybe they truly have no other way of making money....
Everybody has to have a way of keeping a roof over their heads, & food on their table....who am I to be judgemental of the way they choose to do it?

Because there are so many women take a baby sit on the street. They look the same. I think many people can judge they are phony beggars.
You are right, because of the phony beggars we may don't give money to the true beggars. we can't know who is the real beggar.
