What would you do? pay now or wait and pay later on?

I was always interesting in learning new methods of marketing. Here in the net i did go and buy a few books that ended up with giving me very little tools on marketing and most of the time were not up to date.
So you can understand my dilema, when i tackled to a new offer of the all star e book.
My dilema is: should i wait till i will get paid here and use this money for it?
Or should i give my credit card number and buy it right now.
what would you do?
Have any of you heard of the all star book?

Put it this way would it make any difference for you to wait until you got paid till you bought it? Would there be any advantage to buying it like NOW? Or can you afford to wait until payment day? Personally I would wait because I'd feel better paying for it with the money I've earnt than splashing out and call me old fashioned but I'm never keen on using my credit card details online! I try not to spend future money. Hence, if I want to get something, I will try to make the money for it. So I will wait until I receive my payout before I get it. If the thing is a need and cannot wait, I will get it first. Then, I try to make the money to "recover" my expenditure.
