Before doing exercises, will you do some rehearsal?

People always say it's better to do some rehearsal before you are going to do some exercises or sports. You will have less posibilities to have clonus and wrench. However, I always don't pay attention to it. And I just like to do sports right away. How about you?

Hello youless!
I think It is very important not only to warm up before any sports or exercise but also to cool down systematically to avoid cramps and such. I do a little warm up exercise when I go for sports. It isn't sufficient though, as I don't do it as much as I should. Warm up exercise prepares our muscles to get ready for a real action ahead and as I do tough sports, so it's even more important for me. There is another advantage of it and that is it's making muscles more flexible which in turn perform better.
Equally important to 'warm up' exercise is a 'cool down' exercise. After every exercise where muscles are put in strain, It is advisable to bring them to normal through a gradual process rather than just jumping from real action to no action at all. It involves slow movements of different muscles, especially the ones which were most active during exercise.

I always warm up before I play any type of sports and or exercise, if I don't I get sore muscles the next day. So I warm up and warm down - have always done that since I started playing years and years ago.
