Internet...the gateway to the world.How true is this?

The internet is a tool, and just like any tool, it can be used wisely or foolishly. The internet has brought many changes in our lives, and because of its easy access, there has been a flood of information. Anything and everything under the sun can be researched online. However, just like in everything else, information can never replaced wisdom. Sure there is an overabundance of facts and data available about a subject online. But just like anything, you need to check the validity of the source, and their motivation of writing the information. Just because its online does not mean its correct or accurate. Almost anyone can create a website and post information. A person still need to use his common sense when it comes to processing information obtained from the internet. Using the internet is not a waste of time, as long as you used necessary precautions and you take it with a healthy dose of skepticism.

Well you can read books online, you learn various subjects, various languages, most important thing you can Earn money on internet. Internet providing a large & lots of resource whic is needed & helpfull in our life. Internet is really great thing. I sulte who discover Internet.

is the white truth ; nothing but the damn truth . The net is one big place , so big for almost anything like the real world can offer ; just that they're most virtual - and that's the difference. But u imagine anything you can possibly do in the real world - the net also has that to offer u , even more (like the convenience and confidentiality) .

I'd consider it a gateway as there are many pieces of information found online and have quicker access. You can catch up on the news online and that's a fact. I guess it depends on how you use the time. I don't see it as a waste of time personally.

To me internet is the most useful gateway to get knowledge from all around the world and share my views at the same time ......i would say that internet is one of the most Amazing invention ever been made .......... but i know some people do not use it for constructive purposes so they just use it for fun like chatting & surfing only ............
