I am a traditional surrogate and will be doing a surrogacy after the birth of my 3rd child in Nov (well, approx. 3 months after to heal). Would you ever be able to be a surrogate, traditional or gestational?

I'm not sure what the difference is between traditional or gestational as it applies to being a surrogate. I've thought about being a surrogate, it is a very admireable thing to do. But I'm in the home stretch of my 3rd pregnancy and I just don't know if I could be pregnant again. If a good friend needed a surrogate, I would definetly consider it though. I think it is great that you are doing something to help couples that can't have kids on their own.

I actually enjoy being pregnant, so the thought of being pregnant again is great to me (even though I don't want to add to my immediate family), so surrogacy seems perfect.
The traditional surrogate uses her own eggs and the intended father's sperm and the gestational surrogate is implanted with either the intended mother's fertilized eggs or donor eggs.
