Today I read a magazine saw meaning of HELLO.
HELLO really is a good word.
HELLO mean :
H - How are you?
E - Everything all right?
L - Like to hear from you.
L - Love to see you soon.
O - Obviously, I miss you.
Friends, remember to say HELLO to the people around you when you meet them.

That's acute anagram, but the word "hello" did not start out as a contraction of all those phrases. Someone just took the phrases and made them fit the word. Hello is just a greeting like any other greeting.
Of course, it is still polite to say it to people, but most are not going to read all that meaninginto it. :-)
