What are some good ways to cook yucca?

We usually only use it in sopa de res, but I absolutely love the taste and would like to learn more ways to cook with it. I have also fried it like french fries and with chicharron.

My family is Dominican and we usually boil it and eat it with fried cheese, fried salami, fried onions, and sometimes eggs. It tastes sooooooooooo good.
