Indians who have unverified paypal often move to the services of Xoom for a overnight transfer of money from paypal acc to respective bank accounts? Has any Indian here used this service? Does Xoom really make fortnightly transactions, or do they take real long time like paypal in redirecting the money to bank accounts. Does the dollar rate @ INR change while asking for a payout via Xoom? How much are the charges that Xoom deduct as commissions for their services rendered? Kindly help me out.
