i know that not all people would agree or do this... in my case, i'm trying to make that person believe that i don't love him when the truth is i really do and it hurts more inside... it is because i'm scared, what if it's just my hope that tells there's something even though there's really nothing... it would really cause me more pain, coz i'm hoping that he'll love me more than my love for him... guys are somehow lucky, they can make the first move to be with their love and they can court till the girl would answer yes... unlike us girls, we can't even make the first move or court our love coz it's awkward in the eyes of people... maybe i'm desperate, i just wish he love me to0...

I guess you will be losing your chance if you not trying to find out if he also loves you. If not you will regret this if one day you find that actually he was in love with you too and thought you didnt. Belive me I had been through this condition, but its too late when I found out. If you are scared to speak, you can do another thing instead, like showing your care to him, show everything that will make him know that you have feeling for him, but dont too much, coz you will make him step back instead of loving you. Its better to find out than give up without doing nothing. Am I right?
