How do you react when someone forgets your name?

LOL, im the same way. If im not in contact with someone often i forget there name easily. Its not that i dont care about them, its just names are something that slip my mind often. I usually try not having to say it and wait for clues or someone else to refer to them. Once in a bit you have to make that embarrasing speach explaining how horrible you are with names and ask them to tell you again. It is embarasing, i work with alot of people at my work and it seems everyone knows my name but to be honest i only know like 4 or there names out of maybe 50 people who know mine. Sometimes its liek a game trying to talk to them and not use a name or prying discreatly for clues. Its sad but at times its actaully amusing cuase i know its not cuase im rude i just have a wandering mind and cant keep track of names.

I just honestly tell them, I'm sorry, I am terrible with names. Could you please tell me your name again? I find that honesty is the best policy.
