Oh - definatly a witch. And not just because of Harry Potter ;)
I've dressed up as a witch for Halloween since I was 5. My mother wanted me to be Ariel from Little Mermaid but I insisted lol
I've gotten better and better at my costume and although I have taken over the vampire look a couple times for a little bit of difference, witches are still my favorite.
I love the vast choices of what you could do and everything compared to who we are now. Although I have always loved this idea I must admit that the Harry Potter books did stretch my imagination just a bit ;)
My second choice however would be a vampire of course. The long life, knowing things that others don't, seeing civilizations work their course through life along with strength and the ability to move quickly through the night. Love it.

I think of them a lot of one in the same really.
The traditional witches rode on brooms and certainly the idea is thrilling along with all of the potions etc. I think that just as mer human/mortals have evolved so have vampires and witches etc. So with modern times a more modern witch who spends most of her time doing spells and attempting a normal life with one large difference would be the best.

no question, no hesitation..vampire LOL!! i would love to be a vampire. im a night owl too, so thats a reason..the other reasons are; to live forever..see the ages pass. to hunt..get to kill ppl LOL..

aah but you forget that vampires dont get diseases, or sick. neither do werewolves for that matter. sucking blood wouldnt bother me in the least!

i want to be a fairy. i love there place as what is described in books and in movies we wtach. i want a peaceful place just like what they have.. play in environment that's surrounded with beautiful flowers, falls, then, eat fresh fruits, lay down on the grass. i wanted to be that way because i can see how peaceful an beautiful place they have.. no problems, no pollutions....

is that all the choices we have here.. coz if i were to choose what i want to be, i'd choose to become a princess living in a castle, having parties every night, wearing beautiful gown, and have a prince, riding on his horse in an elegant suit.. that is so sweet.. hehehe...

Maybe a genie so that i can grant wishes to people who are in need. Also i like the way genie's dress up =D It would be nice to have magic powers right?!

I'd be a witch because they have lots of magic, even if they have to memorize the spells. I'd use my power for good though, unless someone deserved to have a spell casted on. I'd screw with the terrorists and do good things for the innocent.
