I am struggling with this diagnosis and have tried to read labels and compile a list of things that are low in sodium but taste good? Any foods you've found that doesn't make your head feel its about to explode? Share them here.

Hi.
I pick up lower sodium versions of convenience foods I like. Vegetable juices, broth and stocks for soups, etc. Other than that I cook from scratch and use seasonings like Mrs. Dash and lemon juice instead of salt.
Vegetables, fruit, and whole grains make up the bulk of my meals at home. It's made a difference in my average BP. Reducing caffeine has helped, too.
