how to get money out of moneybooker?

I would like to get the money from moneybooker going to my bank account, but the problem is i don't know how. It seems that i have to add details on bank. My bank is Bank of the Philippine Island. There is a portion in moneybooker wherein i need to add bank code other than swift code. I know the swift code but the bank code i really don't know. If there is anyone here who can help, i will truly appreciate it. Thanks in advance.
