Do you use a desk top or a lap top?

a desk top at the moment but am tryingto convince everyone that i need a lap top i reeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeealy need one

Definitly a labtop. Less radiation and low energy costs. And handy. Nice to see and not space-eating.

I use both. And they have their pros and cons. Laptop I can use while in bed. But desktop has a larger keyboard, thus, less typos. Laptop is her too bright or too dark...can't seem to find the happy medium and when I do, it does the energy saver thing on me. But my desltop needs a new memory card cause one is fried. Desktop is in the den in the middle of 7 kids arguing and being loud. Laptop I can run into the bathroom and lock the door to hide...with only a occasional hand underneath or knock at the door. I use both. :)

laptop computers can be a rather tricky buy at times, I would suggest that you look out for the cheapest and yet latest desktop on the market, the best way to do this is on what they call warehouse sale markets some of them are online. these warehouse owners have a service where they sell laptop computers to normal customers like you and me, however with very reduced prices due to the fact that they do not have as much costs as normal shops do, such as rent and a employees etc. as you know most online shops have rather competitive prices sometimes cutting the laptop price to a half.

I use desk top and I like that way. I have no plans to buy lap top in near future.

i am using both a laptop and desktop and personally would prefer to use the latter because i can always upgrade my desktop whenever i want, without having the trouble of bringing it to the service centres, just pop by any of the computer stores near me, buy the parts and wola... however, laptop does have it's pros too... and that is mobility =) anyway, congrads on getting your new laptop

First of all Desktop is way more better cose it is stabler , faster , stronger. Ex : i have a P4 2400 MHZ laptop ... if the batery is lower then 40% the MHZ will be 1700. Laptops dont consume a lot of energy , desktops do ... Laptops battery can fail and it can cought fire ... if u dont belive me search it your self on youtube.com. Laptop battery has to be replaced after some time ... Hope it helped :)
