online/homebased jobs or traditional jobs?

for me..still traditonal jobs can give you a more stable financially..coz you'll be receiving a monthly salary rather than commission based or non-traditional jobs and homebased jobs. In my experience,my first job was a commission based..it's enjoyable coz i met different kind of people and i able to go to different places but you know it's in sales/marketing..so i need to sellour products.but ou know sometimes it's seasonal...if you don't have a sale..you don't a commision..so you don't have money to spend.:c that's the disadvantage of not in a traditional job that you have monthly salary. But you know on the otherhand..it's up to you on ow you manage your time..you can have be a part timer in homebased jobs for additional income ofcourse. Like my sister-in-law..she's into homebased job in quite a lond time now and she has a stable income..she's doing proofreading in her cousin's company nfortunately..no vacancies!! :C
