Just wondering what is the average age that babies start to talk in sentences. my daughter is nearly 2 and is trying really hard but is still having a bit of trouble trying to string a sentence together?
what age did your child start holding conversations with you?
thanks

Mine has started with conversations just a bit before 2, but now, 3 months later, its going well. one neighbours kid was 18 months and was speaking very well and even started another language. mine still struggles but shes getting there. all in good time.

just give her time she will get it. all children are different. my baby girl is two and she talks really well. but my little cousin is almost three and does not speak in sentence yet. the best thing to do to help her out is start reading to her. make sure you sit down with her and just talk to her about things that she likes. the more she hears you talk the more she wants to be just like you
