Philippines, progressing?

If you are Pinoy and living here in Philippines, do you bilib that we are in the state of progressing despite of what is happening here, well for me some feels the difference but lot of them still on the hard stage, is it the strong become stronger and weak become weaker?, i think some of us are affected by our tradition

ha ha! dream on! where's the progress! a lot of filipinos are starving! maybe they feel their lives are improving because they sucked hard earned money from the people,
