What's your citizenship and ethnic background? For me, I'm a filipino citizen but I have chinese roots. and my mom's got spanish blood (but i ddnt get it!).

I think all filipinos by fact somehow have a trace a spanish blood in their roots. Its because Spain in history have colonized Philippines. Its like how South Africans have a trace of English blood in theirs (being colonized by England by history). I too is a filipino and same I also have chinese descent. But I reside in England now though I still want to go back to the motherland.
It's still my home at the end of the day.

I am a Chinese and I in a small town was born, is the town is not very pretty, but in my heart, It is unique in that I love my country, no matter after I go, I will remember that I was a Chinese.

I am Chinese Singaporean.
I'm not from china, I was born in Singapore. Both my parents were born in Singapore too! Like many of our ancestors, My grandfather came from china when he was a young boy.
