we all knw tht eating too much oily food is harful to health .....u kepp getting fat each day and some times u get liver problems also.......like i like eating junk food very much and all junk food is mostly oily like fries,burger etc.....each day i decide tht i wont eat oily food from now and then again i start eating ......cant control.....he he he...:-)

I for one could never stand the texture of oily food... so no, I don't eat it but it's because of personal taste rather than health reasons. I like my food nice and firm and that's pretty much the only way I'll eat it. That's one of the reasons I can't stand low carb versions of anything - because they're always oilier or more mushy than the regular.

I am aware that oily food is harmful to health, but there are times i really can't avoid eating oily food. I love eating lechon "grilled at low heat whole pork" wherein the skin is crunchy and tasty. Even i ate oily food, i keep myself healthy, i take plenty of water afterwards and try to avoid oily food the next day. I make sure to balance it and not eat oily food frequently.

i eat many oily fish sardine. i use oil to hold hair in place. it good for brain to put in hair. amigo 3.
