baby food

My last baby that I had never ate baby food. We kept trying but he would not eat it. I told the doctor and the wic people but they said that it happens sometimes. So I had to start feeding my baby our food when he was 4 months old. I would only feed him things that were mushy that way he couldn't choke. Now he's 10 months old and I can't believe all the things that he can eat. Have you ever heard of a baby that refused baby food? I never have until then.

My 1st daughter only ate the pureed baby foods around 8-9 months and then refused it all. She just wanted to eat stuff that she could pick up herself.
My second daughter's only 2 months so we still have quite a while before we have to worry about it, but I'm hoping she'll eat the pureed stuff because I want to make my own!
