Suggest me with a best state to do Master's degree in US??

I am not looking in University wise rather i have to select best one with regards to states.The cost of living should be low, good class of education, i should get a good part time job..Please let me know the suitable state in US??

California is the best state to get a Master's Degree. As for the cost of living, there is financial aid, grants, and loans to help you with things like that. You can always find a part time job in Los Angeles County.
