what are your DO's and Dont's in a family?

AFter hectic work at office, no body wants a war at home. So, most people want peace at home. I like smiling faces at home. I want the problems that can be solved by my family members should be solved and should not wait until I come. I like everyone to complete their work everyday and not postpone. I do not like family members watching idot box for more than 2 hours in a day. What is important is all these dos and don'ts are mutually agreed and not forced upon.
