not sleeping? bad?

hey guys!!just woke up now coz i slept ths morning at already 4:30 a.m! aarrgggh!!surfing the net,onlining makes me always awake and forgets to sleep,lol!..especially mylotting makes me addicting.tell me guys its really true..^-^
it will eat a lot of your time without you knowing the su starts to rise again and your still awake and mylotting.and that's what happened to me last night or sould i say ths morning..hehe!!!oh, but i charge a lot now so i can mylot again..h..it's really addicting..yeah!rock on!!!
and i will mae sure that i'll eat right and take a some rest and tae my vitamins for me to still rocing on mYlOt...and same with you guys...
but wait,as a newbie,i was really excited but still wanna learn more how to increase my earning...maybe m doing thingd that i didn't know that may affect my earnings or something...can anyone help me and give some advice?thanks in advance!

sleep is beneficial for health.humans need at least five hours of sleep,a healthy young adult that is.and don't forget your vitamins!

Our body need enough sleep everyday. Base on what I heard from the news television on health section, we need to have at least eight hours of sleep everyday and I also heard from the radio that we can think much faster and much better if we have enough sleep. I can also relate on you because there are also times that I never notice that it is almost five in the morning and I still don't feel sleepy because I feel so addicted surfing on the internet.

Hi there my friend. Sleeping is a necessity. It rests our body and mind. Sleeping also conserves our energy. Sleep for at least 6 hours a day. I don't think that's too long.
MyLot is really addicting. When I first joined this site, I haven't slept at all learning how to make my earnings. I've been here for quite a long time but I still have not reached the payout. To make more earnings, you must respond with a high quality post and start really good discussions.
