Which do you prefer? Taking a photo of others or posing in front of a camera?

i find this image cute.. can you imagine yourself taking a photo of someone who takes a photo of you taking photo??? did you get confused? lolz.. anyway, my real question is this: would you prefer to pose in front of a camera for someone to take a picture of you OR would you rather want to get hold of the camera and take a photo of someone or something??? As for me, i would prefer to be the one taking pictures of someone or something.. but when i travel, i would love to pose in front of the camera and find myself in the picture with a new place or event in my background!
But ordinarily, i would love to take photos.. and i dreamed of being a professional photo journalist.. if you ask me what my favorite subject is, i find people interesting as a subject.

That's a tough one for me. I don't think I can choose one or the other. I love doing both! That's why I love taking pictures of myself.. LOL.. I have a few pics of me taking a picture of someone else. I love photography and taking pictures. I bring my camera with me all the time. I also love being in front of the camera. So yeah, I can't choose.. Tough one! :P

Haha.. Yeah, I wish I could take pics of me all the time.. Too bad I'm not THAT vain so apart from me, my favorite subject would have to be my nephew! I take pics of him ALL THE TIME! I wanna learn how to take beautiful portraits.. I'm now saving to get a new DSLR.. :D

Wow, i am sure you adore your children so much! i love featuring children as subjects in my photos, i particularly love their expressions.. so innocent and yet full of emotions.. Thanks for posting.

I prefer taking pictures of other people, because I hate posing for photos myself (I don't think I'm very photogenic). My favorite variety of photo, though, is spontaneous --- I love taking pictures of my friends when they don't know it, so they're not posing or aware (sounds like paparazzi, doesn't it?). It shows how they truly are, without a phony smile or whatnot.

I like taking photos of someone or something. Im into art and photography. You seem to be very interested in photography, did you ever consider doing that as a profession?

I am fond of taking photos more than being photographed. I like to take photos of people to catching special moments and just the simplicity of life. One of my favorite model is my daughter. I'm looking forward to buy a new camera with high MP and could take extreme close-ups. I would like to include the insects in my subjects.
