Yes,I understand you my friend. Its better not to give him your attention. Forget that he or she is there. Don't focus yourself to that person coz it can cause you irritation.

Well, did u ever bother to talk to him and confronted him why he's always annoying you? .. And if ever u already talked to him and he still won't stop doing those things, i suggest for u to totally ignore this person as if he is not existing in this world... maybe that can be a good tactic for him to stop bullying you, u know.
