why retain dravid as indian captain

hi,friends can anybody of you tell a reason why you think dravid must be retained as indian captain . i strongly feel ganguly must be given back his throne,as tendulkar isn't any good for this job either, if going for a choice other than ganguly i would better prefer yuvraj than dhoni .

Dravid, Tendulkar and many others cannot bear the tension of two role models i.e. as a batsman and as a captain. Hence they should made someone is a good leaders, but not a good player as captain. Then these guys play well.
