My birthday is coming up very soon July 31st. And to be honest with you I have no plans at all. I have decided a long time ago that its just another day for a mother of 5.

well i do not celebrate it with my friends as i always celebrate it with my family all my life. i think it is better to celebrate your birthday with your family as they are more important and the only ones you can turn back to even when you're in your lowest time of your life.

like this year,I celebrated with my partner and went back to study for exams.I didn't have dinner with the family.They were busy with their own things anyway.

On my birthday (July), I bought ice-cream for all my friends. They also bought a nice cake for me.We had a good time together. In the evening, we went for a long bike ride to the river. It was great fun. I enjoyed watching the lights in the briges. It was a very memorable birthday.

In my immediate family, we celebrate everyone's birthday. We love birthday's for both the adults as well as the children. They are fun and we love them. The birthday person gets their favorite meal cooked for them. And I mean everything on the menu, main dish, side dish or two, drink, everything that is their favorite, even if it is a hard recipe to make, gotta do it! :-) And then their favorite ice cream and cake. Plus we try to decorate though that doesn't always happen. And then there are the presents of course! We sing the happy birthday song and they blow out their candles and we take pictures of them. It's usually fun!
