Why is Harry Potter so attractive?

With the release of 7th book of the series approaching, I am wondering why Harry Potter is so attractive.

Harry potter take us to a journey of imaginationIt becomes more attractive because of the defeats in harry potter itself he is suppose to the best in wizard world but has his own short comings which he overcomes with the help of his friends who to like potter is good in something rather than everything very unlike of all the superheros we has grew up on. Harry potter also gets its strength because of luv and feeling he is able to express unlike our generation heros which suppose to lose their power if they have feeling.

I just say that I was attracted by the amusing hogwarts.The whole magic world is so attractive.The series take me to another world---a creative one.
I think this may be the reason why it attracts a large amount of teenagers like us all.

For me i think harry potter is attractive because he is so cool and intelligent. He is so kind, friendly and has a strong personality that no one can let him down even in times of his problems. He does not easily give up. Maybe that's why he is so popular and every chapter of his story is really hit. Every people wants to know all about him.
